Outdoor Games and Children Health

As I stand watching both boys twist, run and shout over the field I realise their ages can be a mystery in my experience. They might be 12 or 20 on view fields, flying a big outdoor remote controlled aeroplane screaming: catch it, catch it.

Apparently, depending on an overview of child well-being in 40 rich countries completed by Unicef, our children are struggling, generally in most senses of the word. Great britain was placed at number 21 inside league and the Children's Commissioner for England, Professor Sir Al Aynsley-Green, said: "We are turning out an era of young people who're unhappy, unhealthy, taking part in risky behaviour, who've poor relationships making use of their family and their peers, who've low expectations and don't feel safe."

Julie Kenark, 55, mother of Danny, 14, and Stuart, 16, are located in a rare state of quiet reflection around the hills while her boys chase planes. She explains: I think laptop computer is spot on. It's extremely nice to see both of these like this but it's rare. Before, Christmas life while using boys continues to be impossible, both Danny and Stu complied using the survey's results, but frankly things have changed!

Danny ended up expelled again and i also was dreading having both him and the brother at home. They frequently fight like cat and dog or just stare moronically into the TV screen month after month. I spoke towards the councillor at Dan's school who recommended I push for additional time outdoors. We moved house with a place close to your local recreation ground and we pushed the boys to speculate more time with outdoor toys. We bought them handheld remote control planes, bikes, footballs which big adult outdoor games this Christmas rather than the usual video games and the boys are receiving on fantastic due to it.Outdoor games and children health games are complementary together or in other words children require physical activities through some outdoor games to maintain their body and mind healthy and growing. Today we sometimes see our kids sitting with computer keyboards and holding mouse for playing games as opposed to getting on to playground for some physical activities. Decreasing variety of parks and squeezing play grounds are also responsible for this habitual change.

Outdoor games are essential for children to develop their physical strength, building muscles and strengthening bones. Children must be involved in some games like badminton, cricket, running or some other activity which keeps them active. Children get sleeping after such games, and this is required for a good health and fitness. Parents should take care on this to increase stamina of their kids. If possible involve yourself with your kids as often as possible and enjoy them too. Make sure that they play games according to the climate and their requirements, they need to not get exhausted.
